Feeding those less fortunate

Our Purpose

To continue Sister Judie’s mission to feed the homeless and underprivileged in the Eastern Market area of Detroit.

On a daily basis, we prepare and deliver approximately 150 bagged lunches. The bags are decorated with uplifting messages and illustrations. Many of individuals that receive the lunches cherish the effort and energy put into decorating the bags.

Along with distributing lunches we give socks, underwear, hygiene kits, hats, gloves, coats, and blankets to those in need.

The wonderful volunteers that have helped Sister Judie have continued to help us deliver, prepare, and collect lunches and donations. Many churches and organizations deliver prepared lunches for us to distribute to the hungry. This is extremely helpful and we are appreciative of everyone’s support and effort.
